Mr. Kleid was a fantastic mediator. Going into the mediation, the parties were several hundred thousand dollars apart on settlement, and I had zero hope of settling. Not only did we settle in full, but I was very impressed by the techniques and strategies he used to facilitate the settlement (which I would not have thought). I will request him in the future!
